Join a close-knit community

There are lots of opportunities for the women of St Matt’s to meet together to share in fellowship, read God’s word, and pray. Women (and some men) are welcome to our play groups, Minis@Matts, which meet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings during term time, from 9.30 - 11.30am.

REGULAR WOMEN’S MINISTRIES

Women on Monday
is a gathering of women, who meet to share morning tea together and then divide into smaller groups for Bible study, share and prayer. This runs on Mondays during term time, 10am - 12pm at the church.

Women on Thursday
is a gathering of women plus a few little ones. We meet for morning tea and then split into smaller groups for Bible study. We then either stay in groups to share and pray, or return to the large group for a Q&A time. This runs on Thursdays during school terms, 10am - 12pm at the church.

There are other women’s groups meeting throughout the week, as well as mixed small groups. For more information please contact our assistant minister, Chris Cipollone.

Craft Group

is a group of ladies from the church and community meeting together to work on craft, quilting and needlework projects. They also work on projects for charity organisations, such as Anglicare. No matter what your skill level, they’d love to have you. The Craft Group meets every Friday from 10am-12pm at the church.

ANNUAL WOMEN’S CONFERENCE: 7-8 SEPTEMBER 2019
Every year the women in our community head away together to spend time looking into God's word. This is always a fantastic weekend away with great moments of fellowship.

In 2019 we’ll be heading to the Blue Mountains and looking at passages from 2 Corinthians.

Gingerbread Nights
Every year this is a highlight for women wanting a girls night out. The mess, chaos and competition (voluntary!) always provides a great night out with the girls. Plus, you get to show off your tasty creation to your family (before they eat it)!

Natalie Ray is our women's minister. She loves all the things ladies love and then some (Ask her about jujitsu!). If you want to get involved with any of our women's communities, Nat is the girl to contact.
